The County of Franklin Solid Waste Management Authority (CFSWMA) is proposing to expand its existing landfill on County Route 20 in the Towns of Westville and Constable, Franklin County, New York. The CFSWMA Board, as lead agency, has approved and issued the Statement of Findings for the proposed landfill expansion for public review.
